Delivery and Returns
We will notify you by email if there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order/s. At our discretion we reserve the right to ship order/s only to the billing address. UK delivery is FREE on all games and accessories and hardware.
Items are usually dispatched with 24-48hrs.
Orders are delivered via Royal mail. 
You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

To avoid any disappointment, which we will not be liable, deliveries before any UK bank holiday, we recommend that you order in advance. For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. During holiday periods, we will endeavour to dispatch all (Subject to availability) orders within 24-48hrs, however we cannot guarantee delivery in time as the post may be delayed in your area.
We ship all software items except consoles and certain accessories where mentioned to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Hong Kong, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Russian Federation, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
If your destination (EU or non-EU) is not listed here or available at checkout then we are unable to provide delivery.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Lost orders
Before we can consider an item lost, we must wait 15 working days before making a claim from the expected date of arrival (40 working days for overseas orders).
Should your item not arrive within 15 working days (or 45 working days for overseas orders), we will send you a Lost Item Form to fill in and send back to us.
Once your form is received, we will issue you a full refund or replacement (in line with which you have chosen). You must fill in and sign the Lost Item Form for us to process your refund or replacement.

Returns Policy
Should you wish to return an item, please use or contact us form page and we provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN) that must be included when returning an item.
Please note we will consider the return for item if:
1. The item received is not the item ordered
2. Damaged or Faulty on arrival
3. Unopened and seal remains intact
You are responsible for the item you are returning. We will not take responsibility for any item lost nor will we process a refund or replacement until we receive the item being returned.
We reserve the right (should you return and opened or used item) to return the item back to you and you will be liable for the postage. Refund is not available for returning an item unless it’s due to our error.
You can return an item provided it’s not been opened within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be processed once we receive the item. Please be aware that we will not refund your return postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

PC Games and Digital Download Keys/Codes
Unfortunately, any PC game/s purchased with digital content cannot be returned once the seal is removed or the code/key installed. Similarly, Digital game Codes/Keys cannot be returned and are non-refundable after its sent to your payment or alternate email address. Please ensure any games purchased for PC and Digital games is compatible to run with your system as we will not be responsible with incompatiblity issues with your system.

Testing, Testing
We will carry out a test for every item returned. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to check any video game on a second machine.
We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. All games software and hardware is UK PAL and we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by non-UK hardware, out of date Firmware, or hardware that has been modified outside of the manufacturers specifications. It is your responsibility to make sure that your hardware is up to date and compatible with games software purchased from us.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at anytime.  The new Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately, and will regulate all transactions with us through the site. If you do not agree with the new version of the Terms and Conditions, you must cease to use the site.
